Annual fire alarm and life-safety system testing will take place between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Expect intermittent alarms throughout the building.

Elevator #2 will be out of service Monday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM for scheduled maintenance. Please use Elevator #1 or #3.
Pool & Sauna Hours
Open daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Key fob required for entry.
Recycling & Garbage Schedule
Garbage chute open 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Recycling bins located on P1. Please flatten cardboard before disposal.
Visitor Parking Reminder
Visitor parking is limited to 24 hours. Register vehicles with concierge to avoid towing. Permits available at the front desk.
